Is this a subscription?
No. One order, one box, charged once — nothing renews. If a delivery schedule is ever offered it will be optional, and you'll hear about it by email first.
Will it work on my hair?
If your hair goes flat, limp or greasy through the day, yes — that's exactly what it's built for, straight through to wavy. If your hair is tightly coiled it needs moisture and definition rather than oil absorption, so this is the wrong product for you. We'd rather say that than take the order.
Will anyone be able to tell I'm using something?
That's the entire point of a matte finish. No shine, no crunch, no white cast — the powder turns translucent on contact as you rake it through, dark hair included. It reads as thicker hair, not as product.
Why should I trust a brand I've never heard of?
You shouldn't yet — so we made finding out risk-free. Use it once. If your hair doesn't look better the very first morning, reply to your order email and we refund every cent that day, and you keep the bottles. My name and face are on this. If it doesn't work, you know exactly who to tell.
Do I need both the powder and the spray?
They do different jobs, and together is where the difference shows. The spray goes on damp and builds texture and grip through the mid-lengths. The powder goes on dry at the root and creates the lift. Either one alone works — but the reason The Routine is the set is that most guys need volume and texture, not one or the other.
When does it arrive, and what if I don't like it?
Order before 6pm ET and it ships the same day, tracked — usually 3–5 business days in the US. Shipping is free on orders over $30 and $6.25 under. Don't like it? We'll give you a full refund, no problem, and there's nothing to ship back.
